Natural Sources of Magnesium

In nature, magnesium is absorbed by swimming in natural bodies of water, or even walking barefoot on mineral rich soils, like river banks. Another way to get magnesium is by eating plenty of dark leafy greens, nuts, and seeds.

Unfortunately, we often don't have enough time barefooted in nature or soils have been depleted of much of their minerals, but now magnesium oil can be used topically to get your body the magnesium it needs. We do also encourage engaging in those natural activities as often as possible.

Transdermal Magnesium Therapy

Larger amounts of magnesium can be taken in through the skin than can safely be taken orally, so It's clear that absorbing magnesium transdermally is an awesome natural way to get a large dose of magnesium.

To use magnesium oil, just spray it on your skin and massage it in. If you like, you can apply 10 minutes before a shower to rinse it off. Afterwards your skin will feel super soft and muscles relaxed.
